Do you offer custom artwork??

• Yes, I always love drawing new ideas & perspectives!

• There is a disclaimer or 2 though, as much as i would love o be able to draw everything, I cant :(

• Custom items are final sale and non-refundable unless & only if damage occurs.

• Reference photos (Optional, but Highly recommended as I will probably ask lol) &

  Whatever other details may think of that would help bring your ideas to life!

Can an already posted art piece be recreated?

• Possibly!

• also, I cannot perfectly replicate original sold / in portfolio pieces & some I will not replicate at all due to their uniqueness , but will happily re-create a similar look just for you! I believe art is unique to everyone and we can always make this one a cooler better fit for you!

• handmade pieces can be made similarly, but all painted items are subject to be a bit different due to the paint on demand nature :) I’m only human!

Cancellations & Changes

• Before production begins: full refund or order change is possible.

• 1st Draft: After all information about the custom piece is provided, I will sketch some pieces, and send them over. This is where we can make edits & tweaks or even a restart if its not the vision! There is only one chance for this. Once art is confirmed, The piece will be created.

• After production starts: deposit is non-refundable. However, changes may be considered if the piece is not at all what requested at second draft.

Order Fulfillment & Turnaround Time

Artwork Shown On Website

• Handmade Artwork:

  • Canvases & wood slabs, framed drawings & prints (due to being fragile), coasters, Skulls, Statues (skulls, etc), hand painted bookmarks, keychains, accessories, bracelets, rings, ornaments, etc.

  • Artwork will be packaged & shipped within 2 - 3 days of the order coming in.

  • All handmade items shown on my website will be fulfilled within 5 - 7 business days based on where you live.

• Print on Demand Art Items:

  • Sleeved Prints, Mugs, Notebooks, hats, apparel, etc.

  • All Print on Demand items shown on my website will be fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days.

Custom Artwork Per your request

• Depends on the item!

  • Depends on the size, medium, subject & details! Please email me, I’d love to discuss it. I can then give an accurate estimate of time of completion & send off!

Artwork After Care to Last Long

How do I take care of my artwork?

• Generally, it’s best to keep artwork out of direct sunlight & avoid excessive humidity.

For all hand painted items:

• Canvas,

• Wood Slabs,

• Skulls,

• coasters,

  Statues,

• Ornaments,

  • etc.

    • I glaze each piece with 2-3 coats of mod podge to ensure the artwork stays in tact for as long as possible. 

For all Printed items:

• 5” x 7” & 8” x 11”

• Prints & Coloring Pages 

• Etc.

  • Each piece is covered in a sleeve protector, or a picture frame.

  • Keep out of direct sunlight. Frames are made of hard plastic and glass.

For all Books marks:

They are Laminated by me :)

• still should be left out of direct sunlight

For all Stickers:

• Waterproof 💧 safe to use on water bottles, laptops, or even outdoor surfaces.

• Scratch-resistant built to withstand friction, keys, and regular handling

• UV-protected ☀️ colors stay bold and vibrant even with sunlight exposure

• Dishwasher safe tested and proven to survive many dishwasher cycles

• Durable for 2 to 4 years outdoors perfect for bikes, cars, helmets, and more

• Make sure to Clean the Surface you’re adding the sticker too.

Processing Time

• All orders are started to be processed 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time does not include holidays.

• Packages will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days after piece has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• I primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic orders. Depending on your location and order size, we offer:

• USPS First-Class Mail (for smaller items such as prints and smaller artwork)

• USPS Priority Mail (for larger or more fragile items)

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items in your order.

Packaging

• All items are packages carefully

• Bubble mailers & Boxes with extra wrapped protection around each piece.

Package Tracking Information

• Once the item has been shipped, Tracking information is provided within 24 hours.

Exchanges & Refunds:

Can an art piece be exchanged for a different after purchase?

• Message me on instagram or email me If the Piece has not been shipped yet! A partial refund can be sent back to you via Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo!

• If the art piece has been shipped and a confirmation the piece was sent to you - I am unable to do exchanges after the sale is made.

• Please make sure to double check your cart before purchasing anything to make sure the order is correct!!

Do you offer refunds??

• Refunds are only made for damages that have been confirmed by email/message with photos. Please see damages down below for more details.

Damages:

Damaged when opening the package

• Oh no! I’m sorry the piece was damaged on the way over to you! Every delicate piece is wrapped in 2-4 layers of bubble wrap to prevent as much damage as possible. PLEASE take a photo of the damaged when first opening it & Contact me via EMAIL or Message Me on instagram!

After discussing & Confirming

• After damages have been confirmed, a full refund for the piece will be sent to you! I will also send you a personal 1 time 30% discount code for your next order. ( To use this 1x discount, customers need to email or DM @gabs.raad.world on instagram the art pieces being ordered).

• I really do appreciate your business & am very sorry if a piece breaks on the way to you. Life happens & even with all the bubble wrap in the world- deliveries get damaged :( Thank you for your understanding & support of my small art business. I hope to prevent all possible damages & to see you again soon!
